He’s seen every type of invoice, heard every customer tale, and survived more than a few “port cost gone wrong” horror stories. Mark also has a shipping related MBA as well as over 30 years’ experience globally working in the shipping industry in various roles, but he’s been with us at DA-desk for 18 years.
