MCaaS Services
MCaaS offers third-party compliance services to customers, including the screening of counterparties using Know Your Counterparty (KYC) data. Key activities include: Collecting KYC data from your counterparties (or "Counterparties"). Cleansing, enhancing, and screening KYC data. Delivering screening results through our proprietary MCaaS CORE platform, accessible by MCaaS customers. These services are provided to help you make informed decisions regarding their dealings with counterparties, manage compliance risks, and ensure business transparency.
Data Collection and Processing
We collect and process data that is provided by you, our customers, and from counterparties, such as: KYC documentation and identity verification data. Contact and corporate entity details. Vessel and cargo data, where relevant. Other data requested to facilitate screening or compliance verification. We process this data to perform the services we offer, including screening and risk assessment. The data shared through MCaaS CORE will be available to you as a customer and may be used for compliance and due diligence purposes and includes: Providing access to counterparty screening results via MCaaS CORE. Enabling the identification and verification of counterparties for compliance and risk assessment.
Facilitating communication with your counterparties for the purpose of obtaining KYC documentation. Providing support for business development, marketing, and technical enquiries. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for internal analysis, to improve the service.
